We get the same question being asked over and over again by the media and now the police-“How many LLOYDS BANK victims are you aware of?” The exact number is difficult to accurately assess because of the way LLOYDS executives use different terms to cover-up the extent of their criminal activities. For clarification:
1- LLOYDS like to use the term “Reading incident” to suggest the HBOS crimes were committed by a few rogue bank managers in Berkshire. The truth is that the crimes took place within the whole London & South East division and the London HQ.
2- LLOYDS refer to the “HBOS crimes” to divert attention from their own criminal activity PRIOR & AFTER their forced acquisition of HBOS. Both banks were operating the same strategy to defraud SME’s.
3- LLOYDS focus attention on their £100m provision for compensation for HBOS/READING victims in order to dupe their shareholders. You will recall they did the same thing when their PPI mis-selling was first revealed. LLOYDS said they were setting aside £90 million for compensation and to date their payout as the worst offending bank is on its way to £20 billion. Incidentally LLOYDS are now using every delaying tactic possible to avoid paying out more before the deadline. If LLOYDS owe you PPI money push like mad for it because the crooks are dodging paying you.
4- THE TRUTH is that there are currently 1000’s of legal actions against LLOYDS BANK. We know of 3 major cases which are ‘live’ and will require LLOYDS to pay out over £2 billion! Thats just 3 cases. Makes the £100m provision look like pocket money.
5- ANALYSTS believe that if LLOYDS BANK have to pay back all of their PPI liabilities, all of the historic victims compensation, the current customer claims and the fines for regulatory breaches the bank will actually go bust.Fantasy? No, remember 2007/8-banks do go bust. RBS has been trading while insolvent for a decade.
6- So how many LLOYDS victims are there? The best estimate is over 100,000 in the UK alone.
QUESTION: WHEN LLOYDS LIABILITIES ARE GREATER THAN THEIR ASSETS WHO WILL SAVE THEM? PRIME MINISTER CORBYN WONT!
