As reported today by the excellent team at the Mail on Sunday, Parliament’s APPG on fair business banking is requesting Police Scotland investigate what really went on in the Edinburgh HQ’s of both HBOS and Lloyds Bank. This is yet another police investigation into Lloyds Bank to work alongside the investigations in England by Thames Valley police and the National Crime Agency.
NOEL EDMONDS says: ” Thames Valley police have already acknowledged I’m a victim of serious criminal misconduct by HBOS/Lloyds bankers. It’s abundantly clear from the recently released Turnbull Report that the attempts by Lloyds’ CEO Horty Nosorio, his executive team and the Lloyds Board to limit their liabilities to what they’ve described as the ‘Reading Incident’ are an abysmal failure.
My legal team have already provided TVP with an ‘invaluable amount of new evidence and fresh witness statements’ and the same files will be made available to Police Scotland plus additional information supporting the view that criminal activity was sanctioned at the very highest level of both HBOS and Lloyds Bank in their respective Edinburgh HQ’s.”
