Dear Mr Fink,
Thank you for contacting me.
Have you actually read the Project Lord Turnbull report commissioned by Lloyds to investigate financial malpractice, corporate wrongdoing and criminality throughout the bank? If you haven’t read the report would you like me to send you a copy?
How closely are you monitoring the National Crime Agency’s investigations into Lloyds bank?
Are you aware that the U.K.’s Parliamentary Treasury committee is still awaiting a response from Lloyds bank to their questions related to how the bank is treating and compensating victims of its criminality?
My litigation funders commissioned a YouGov public opinion poll to assess how the British public felt about Lloyds bank, its management strategy and its image and reputation. The poll was abruptly halted after just three days because YouGov decided they did not wish their name associated with such ‘devastating’ public opinion. I believe BlackRock is a YouGov shareholder so was the decision to protect Lloyds bank actually taken by you or one of your executives?
We’ve now conducted an alternative poll asking the same questions from a reputable UK polling company. Predictably the results are indeed hugely damaging to the reputation of Lloyds bank. Would you like me to send you a copy?
Finally are you happy with the current share price?
